Delete your MacroGo account

You can permanently delete your MacroGo account and all of your data at any time. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

Delete from within the app (recommended)

  1. Open MacroGo and go to the Profile tab.
  2. Scroll down and tap Delete account.
  3. Confirm. Your account is erased and you are signed out.

Request deletion by email

If you can no longer sign in, email rico.aarntzen@gmail.com from the address associated with your account and ask us to delete it. We will remove it and confirm within 30 days.

What gets deleted

All personal data is removed: your profile (email, display name, goals), every diary entry, all body-weight entries, any products you added, and your sign-in sessions and linked Google/X identities. No personal data is retained afterward.
